Tough Fight To Secure Elections

Kamala Harris is escalating the fight over election rules, arguing that Republican-backed changes—including voter-roll maintenance and the SAVE America Act—threaten voting rights. The SAVE America Act would require documentary proof of U.S. citizenship to register for federal elections, photo identification to vote, and regular reviews designed to remove noncitizens from voter rolls.

Her comments about Republicans taking away political “tools” deserve scrutiny, and election expert Jovan Hutton Pulitzer weighs in on what she meant. The larger debate is whether tighter citizenship verification and cleaner voter rolls protect legitimate voters or create unnecessary barriers for eligible citizens.

Pulitzer joins the show to discuss vulnerabilities he believes remain in American elections, drawing on his involvement with the 2021 Maricopa County election review and his analysis of voter rolls, mail ballots, ballot verification and election procedures. Here’s more from Stephen Gardner.

Mail-in Ballots: A Dirty Scourge

The more the Democrats drag out cleaning the election rolls, the more we learn why: They are lying, cheating assholes, every last one of them.

They have been sending mail-in ballots automatically to thousands upon thousands of illegal aliens who had no legal business whatsoever voting in American elections. This was done not only in New Jersey, but also Michigan and scores of other blue states.

Trump Wins Ballot Fight

The U.S. Supreme Court ruled to allow President Donald Trump to implement at least part of his Executive Order on election security.

The U.S. Postal Service will send mail-in ballots only to verified voters—a huge win for President Trump and the American people.

Supremes Block Mail-In Fraud

The U.S. Supreme Court has handed President Donald Trump a major win in his campaign to clean up our dirty elections. The Supreme Court backed Trump’s proposal that employs the U.S. Post Service to get a better handle n mail-in ballots.

The object: To ensure these ballots only go to legitimate voters, and also to block multiple ballots going to the same individuals or addresses. A bunch of states, largely the blue states, had objected. You have to assume some did so as a matter of course, while others are likely cheaters who have padded elections and allowed illegals to vote.

This new measure won’t end all of the shenanigans, but it’s certainly another step in the right direction. Here’s more from Doug in Exile.

A Mixed Day At Supreme Court

U.S. Supreme Court gave President Donald Trump the ability to fire bureaucrats at will, even without due. This pretty much guts the Deep State.

At the same time, a split 5-4 Supreme Court ruled against Trump on a case limiting mail-in ballots. Justices Amy Coney Barrett and John Roberts sided with the three Democrats to go against efforts by Trump to place greater time limits on mail-in ballots.
