In the latest episode of his Common Sense series, Rudy Guiliani discusses many of the problems inherent in states using the Dominion Voting Systems. Chief among these: The vote tabulations actually occur overseas, in Frankfurt, Germany, and Barcelona, Spain. Are there safeguards to ensure the tabulations are not distorted or fabricated? Not really. At least, not safeguards that are reliable. So we have our voting in the hands of foreign entities that might or might not be looking out for the best interests of Americans.
