California: Pits For Integrity!

No other states have election integrity laws as loose as those in the states of Hawaii and California. It’s as if the crooked leftist politicians in these states have rigged the laws to make it easier to cover up cheating and fraud.

The Heritage Foundation has produced its new Election Integrity Scorecard and Hawaii and California ranked dead last — 51st and 50th, the worst positions among all the states and the federal district of Washington DC, as far as assuring clean and fair elections. It’s little wonder it often takes weeks for the results to be known. The California vote counters will keep counting as long as its takes to wipe out any conservative leads  for major posts like governor or mayor of Los Angeles.

All 10 of the nation’s worst states are Democratically controlled, but the absolute pits line the West Coast, plus the state of Vermont. Which states have laws that guarantee cleaner elections? All lie in the south, headed up by Florida, Tennessee, Louisiana, Arkansas and Alabama.

Here’s more from The Daily Signal. In this episode of “Midterm Report,” Daily Signal President and Executive Editor Rob Bluey interviews Don Palmer, director of the Heritage Foundation’s Election Law Reform Initiative and former commissioner of the U.S. Election Assistance Commission, to discuss Heritage’s latest Election Integrity Scorecard.
