Trump Moves To Recuse Judge

Trump filed a pre-motion letter to recuse the corrupt Judge Juan Merchan from the New York criminal case after revelations about his daughter’s deep Democratic affiliations became public.

Hours after being gagged again, Trump re-Truthed a post slamming Judge Juan Merchan’s daughter, Loren, for working for Democrats while her father presides over Trump’s criminal prosecution.

Testimony from Mark Wingate during the Jeffrey Clark disbarment proceeding reveals Fulton County election officials in Georgia did not complete signature requirements during the 2020 election, and were openly hostile when questioned about improprieties during the electoral process. NY’s Attorney General Slapped

Former President Donald Trump appealed Judge Tanya Chutkan’s order denying immunity to the U.S. Supreme Court. Trump’s attorneys argued that allowing the lower court rulings to stand would cause irreparable injury to Trump and the institution of the Presidency.
