Israel Claims Hezbollah Death
The Israeli military, the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF), has claimed it eliminated Hassan Nasrallah, the Secretary-General of Hezbollah paramilitary group, in a strike on Beirut, Lebanon.
Hezbollah has denied these claims and informed Press TV that its leader was elsewhere and has not been harmed by the Israeli airstrikes on the southern suburbs of Beirut. This statement follows rumors circulating on social media, suggesting that Nasrallah was targeted during the Israeli regime’s large aerial assault on the Dahiya neighborhood of southern Beirut on Friday.
