Daily Wire Collapsing

The Daily Wire is on the skids, suffering a financial collapse and mass layoffs.

Have fans turned away from Ben Shapiro because of snipping with former Daily Wire columnist Candace Owens? Is he buying views? Is The Daily Wire losing ground for the same reasons as other news outlets or has its strident views on Israel doomed the operation?

Here, Mark Dice offers a little history and assesses the conflict.

Putin, Trump Reach Accord

Susan Kokinda argues that a Trump-Putin phone call signaled alignment in blaming Zelenskyy and European governments for prolonging the Ukraine war, followed by the Kremlin confirming a Victory Day ceasefire.

She says the media focused instead on King Charles’ Washington visit, which she portrays as an effort to preserve the UK-led “Special Relationship,” while Chatham House speakers acknowledged that the post-1949 order and US underwriting of European security is ending.

Kokinda then frames the UAE’s exit from OPEC as a major crack in the post-1971 petrodollar system built around dollar-floating, OPEC price control, and Gulf instability, noting new regional security ties such as Israeli Iron Dome support in the UAE.

Finally, she highlights the Pentagon’s Office of Strategic Capital, described as an internal investment bank with about $210B in lending authority to finance industrial capacity and “de-risk” critical production. Here’s more from Promethean Updates.

Now He’s Pushing Censorship!

We used to watch Mark Levin’s TV show “Life, Liberty And Levin” on the Fox News Network. But we no longer bother.

Levin grew annoying with his incessant calls supporting every last skirmish, conflict and war initiated by the Israelis  — not only Gaza and Lebanon, but now also Iran. More recently. he has turned even more vitriolic, calling for censorship of Americans who criticize Israel.

That’s a step too far. No, the United States should never surrender our Bill of Rights, and most certainly, never sacrifice our freedoms on an Israeli altar.  If Levin wants to peddle that pablum, maybe he should be on the air in Jerusalem rather than in New York City.

It’s a fine line he needs to straddle, and he’s not at all proving up to the task. He’s become a propagandist rather a supporter of liberty and life. Here’s more from Clayton Morris on Redacted News, who calls Levin a “constitutional grifter.”

Criminal defense attorney Alan Dershowitz has made the switch — dropping out of the Democratic Party and joining the Republicans. Dershowitz encouraged other Jewish voters to join him, saying the Democratic Party has embraced too many radical ideas and now poses a real threat to Israel.

Dershowitz explained his party switch in an opinion piece in the Wall Street Journal. Here’s more from Doug in Exile.

Booms En Route

The enemy does not go down without a fight. That’s why we’re now embroiled in the fight of our lives. We have many crooked parties to defeat — not just the corrupt Democrats, but also bloated globalists and swaggering terrorists, plus their minions, like the drug-running cartels. We can’t be shocked if they stand willing to roll out last-minute dirty tricks, They will backstab us until their last breathe.

Gone are the days of traitors like Barack Obama and Sleepy Joe Biden handing $1.7 billion in cash over to the Iranians so that regime could continue to foment terrorism across the Middle East. The strings have been cut, and we are returning to an American legacy, celebrating freedom of thought and independence. No, we will not be slaves nor will we bow down to hidden or criminal masters.

And We Know brings us the latest comms, showing how we are now engaged in a battle with the central banks. Will they attempt subterfuge with bonds or a stock market crash? How might precious metals factor into the equation? There’s lots to track, so let’s begin.

Trump’s Warning To Britain

Susan Kokinda argues that recent U.S. actions framed as confronting Iran are actually aimed at dismantling the British imperial financial and geopolitical system. She cites Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent’s April 16 meeting with UK Chancellor Rachel Reeves, highlighting the on-record “Economic Fury” campaign and U.S. tracking of financial flows to Iran that allegedly lead to London.

The episode shows Trump is ending a decades-old “world extortion” model tied to the Strait of Hormuz, Lloyd’s war-risk insurance, and London’s commodity pricing power (gold, metals, oil benchmarks). It also points to an Israeli–Lebanon ceasefire and Trump prohibiting Israeli strikes, arguing this removes Netanyahu’s leverage built on a perpetual Iran threat.

With London’s pricing nodes shifting toward New York and the “special relationship” weakening, the Hudson Institute is said to be pinning hopes on a King Charles visit to the U.S.  Here’s more from Promethean Updates.

Infighting Now Reported In Iran

Heavy infighting is now occurring in Iran between the more radical Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) and the Artesh, the leadership of Iran’s conventional army. They apparently are engaged in a power struggle over who will control the defense of the nation.

This comes after much of the political leadership in Iran has been decimated over the past couple of weeks of warfare against Israel and the United States. Will this new rivalry upset the ceasefire, or will it hasten Iran’s re-emergence as a more stable and less combative nation? Here, Matt Morse TV ponders the varied options.
