Hannah Dugan wasn’t the first judge operating within a courthouse to help an illegal alien escape the clutches of ICE. The same thing happened during Trump’s first term in 2019 when Judge Shelley Joseph, a municipal court judge in Boston, Massachusetts,  helped an illegal immigrant slip out of the courthouse.  That immigrant, Jose Medina-Perez, was wanted on narcotics charges.

The Trump administration began efforts to discipline or remove Judge Joseph, but the Joe Biden administration quietly dropped the matter, so she remained on the court. Here’s more from Sensis Vulgaris.

Judge Tastes Real Justice

A Massachusetts judge got a taste of real justice after she hustled an illegal alien out a back door of her courtroom so he could elude capture by ICE (US Immigration and Customs Enforcement). Newton District Court Judge Shelley M. Richmond Joseph faces several charges stemming from an April 2, 2018 incident in which she allegedly helped Jose Medina-Perez get out of the courthouse via a back door in order to elude an ICE agent who sought Medina-Perez.

Joseph has been suspended without pay and now faces charges including obstruction of justice, aiding and abetting; obstruction of a federal proceeding, aiding and abetting and conspiracy to obstruct justice. Cameras caught the scofflaw crying as she was hauled away under arrest. Lions Republic Entertainment discusses her case.

Vincent James of The Red Elephants provides a more detailed look at this errant state judge. The good news with her arrest? If it’s successful and she is jailed. this will set a precedent. More judges, mayors or other Liberal officials who want to place illegal aliens above the desires of the nation can be arrested and prosecuted for their criminal actions.
