Pete Rose Dead At 83

Embattled Major League Baseball legend and all-time hits king Pete Rose, 83, died Monday at his Las Vegas home. The Clark County medical examiner confirmed Rose’s death to ABC News.

Rose spent the majority of his iconic career with the Cincinnati Reds  where he won World Series titles in 1975 and 1976, and won a third championship with the Philadelphia Phillies in 1980. He ended career as a member of the Montreal Expos. Rose also was a 17-time National League All-Star and won the league’s Most Valuable Player Award in 1973.

Nicknamed “Charlie Hustle” for his firebrand style on the field, Rose went on to manage the Reds later in his career, but was banned from Major League Baseball in 1989 after an investigation revealed he had bet on baseball, all but ending his bid to enter the MLB Hall of Fame. Former Montreal Expos executive vice-president David Sampson reacts to Rose’s untimely death on CBS Sports HQ.

Veteran ESPN baseball analyst Tim Kurkjian recounts the life and complicated legacy of Rose and his major contribution to Major League Baseball.

Was Hoffa A Lake Mead Victim?

Bodies resurfacing from Lake Mead, just east of Las Vegas, in recent weeks were more than likely connected to mob hits in the 1980s, according to local news reports. At least two bodies in 50-gallon barrels washed up on the shore of Lake Mead, which has receded to record levels, due to severe drought and rising temperatures.

Former Colombo Crime Family mob boss, Michael Franzese confirms that using 50-gallon drums was common for mobster hits. “Why, because they’re never going to show up again,” Franzese says. He relates that a reliable source told him that iconic labor union leader Jimmy Hoffa met his fate in a similar fashion. Could Lake Mead have been the final resting place for Hoffa? Here’s more with Franzese and judge the material for yourself.

Uncovering Vegas Cover-Up

Investigative journalist Mindy Robinson unravels the deceit, lies and massive cover-up surrounding the Oct. 1, 2017, mass shooting at the Route 91 Harvest Festival in Las Vegas, Nev.

Nearly four and one-half years after the massacre, in which 59 concert-goers were shot to death, local and federal law enforcement, bolstered by the fake news media, have stuck to the narrative of one shooter, Stephen Paddock, who was allegedly holed up on the 32nd floor of the Mandalay Bay Hotel, which was situated across the street from the concert venue.

In the following piece, courtesy of Wardo Rants, Robinson features undisputable eye-witness testimony and video evidence, and documented 911 calls that there was more than one shooter, and there were multiple incidents at other nearby locations along The Strip. Several concert-goers said they witnessed gunfire from a helicopter, which was traveling out-of-control near Mandalay Bay and the adjacent Delano Hotel. And yet more eyewitnesses swore there was gunfire coming from the opposite direction of the Mandalay Bay. Here’s Robinson’s report.
