The Republican Nunes memo, issued Friday, brought to mind the creepy Rolling Stones song, Memo from Turner, featured in the 1970 movie Performance starring Mick Jagger. That’s the song with the blazing slide guitar work by Ry Cooder, and perhaps Jagger’s most sinister muggings. Here’s the song. Do not watch if you are at all bothered by male nudity, as there is some of that in this scene, in a Nicholas Roeg movie that was years ahead of its time.

Did any of you notice how your “Liberal” friends — especially the ones who are stupid, amoral and under the sway of party shills — were all over the place on Facebook and other message boards Friday calling the Nunes memo a big “nothing burger?” If it’s such a big “nothing burger,” how about President Trump gets permitted to repeat the same strategic attack in the year 2020 presidential election?
In other words, Trump can pull together agents secretly from the FBI, CIA, Department of Justice or other federal agencies to spy on your Democratic or Socialist hopefuls. And, yes, as part of that campaign, all of you Liberals who work as organizers or volunteers for those candidates will have your phones wiretapped, you will be subjected to IRS penalties, you will be harassed and belittled, and if you resist, sent to jails, preferably deep, dark prisons, say Guantanamo in Cuba.
