We Can Put Anyone In Jail

A story went viral this week that absolutely proves what we’ve all known. The CIA/FBI federal blob can put anyone in jail, if they have a mind to do it.

Let’s look at how they’re cancelling conservatives, plus the vote to re-authorize the FISA spying on Americans. Here’s more from Lori Colley.

Here is another video that outlines how the FBI has inappropriately used FISA as a tool to engage in thousands upon thousands of illegal investigations into Americans, most of them Republicans and Christians.

Obama Knew Of Flynn Spying

Newly unsealed documents show former President Barack Obama knew of the spying being done on Gen. Michael Flynn. He not only knew of the wiretapped Flynn phone calls, but he shared details from the calls in meetings attended by several members of his cabinet, including Vice President Joseph Biden.

The declassified documents further show the degree to which the FBI conspired to get Gen. Flynn. In other words, the Obama administration was as dirty as its gets, making Richard Nixon look like a kindergarten student by comparison.

Expect everything to turn spicier in the weeks and months ahead. Even if the mainstream media has no desire to report the truth — seeing as how it’s so unflattering to a Democratic administration — the press will have trouble staying silent and acting dumb much longer. More from Tim Pool.

The Republican Nunes memo, issued Friday, brought to mind the creepy Rolling Stones song, Memo from Turner, featured in the 1970 movie Performance starring Mick Jagger.  That’s the song with the blazing slide guitar work by Ry Cooder, and perhaps Jagger’s most sinister muggings. Here’s the song. Do not watch if you are at all bothered by male nudity, as there is some of that in this scene, in a Nicholas Roeg movie that was years ahead of its time.

Did any of you notice how your “Liberal” friends — especially the ones who are stupid, amoral and under the sway of party shills — were all over the place on Facebook and other message boards Friday calling the Nunes memo a big “nothing burger?” If it’s such a big “nothing burger,” how about President Trump gets permitted to repeat the same strategic attack in the year 2020 presidential election?

In other words, Trump can pull together agents secretly from the FBI, CIA, Department of Justice or other federal  agencies to spy on your Democratic or Socialist hopefuls. And, yes, as part of that campaign, all of you Liberals who work as organizers or volunteers for those candidates will have your phones wiretapped, you will be subjected to IRS penalties, you will be harassed and belittled, and if you resist, sent to jails, preferably deep, dark prisons, say Guantanamo in Cuba. FBI’s Phony Wiretaps

We’re now learning that not only did the FBI wiretap Donald Trump’s campaign manager Paul Manafort while the race was under way, but that it’s likely some of the conversations were with Trump. Also, it’s becoming more apparent the wiretaps may have been based on phony dossier information. Dick Morris lays out the issues.

If this is true, why isn’t Jeff Sessions bringing lawsuits against the crooks in the Obama Administration, and specifically the FBI, who committed blatant criminal acts to distort and pervert our elections? Jailtime for Wiretap Culprits

Fox News senior judicial analyst Andrew Napolitano made the claim that President Donald Trump’s “wiretapping” allegations against President Barack Obama’s White House appear “to be absolutely true” in light of the recent CNN report on the issue. If so, there are a string of Obama Administration officials who ought to face jail time, starting with former FBI Director James Comey and former director of national intelligence James Clapper and moving on up into the White House staff, such as National Security Advisor Susan Rice.

Trumps Wiretapped Since 2004

Illegal NSA spying on millions of Americans (aka Project Dragnet) gets busted by Jerome Corsi and Mike Zullo. Donald Trump’s family (including ex-wife Ivana, Mar-A-Lago, Golf Clubs and business contacts) were surveilled illegally by NSA starting in 2004 — long before Trump ran for President — thru the 2016 Presidential election.

Alex Jones himself, plus Judges, politicians, and Sheriff Joe Arpaio, are in this illegal NSA database of phone records and personal financial data stolen from millions of Americans.

Who Spied on Trump?

One of the most closely-held secrets in the intelligence community – possibly even at the Cosmic Clearance level – is how U.S. intelligence agencies get away with spying domestically on its own citizens. Anyone who has worked in a classified setting learns that spying against American citizens is one of the cardinal laws that no one is supposed to violate. The law is called the Posse Comitatus law of 1878.

“Whoever, except in cases and under circumstances expressly authorized by the Constitution or Act of Congress, willfully uses any part of the Army or the Air Force as a posse comitatus or otherwise to execute the laws shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than two years, or both.”

While the law does not mention the Navy or Marines, both have regulations that put them under the posse comitatus law. The law is also believed to govern intelligence agencies – with the exception of the FBI, whose job it is to investigate crime in the U.S. in strict accord with the U.S. Constitution, defending all the Constitutional rights of a U.S. citizen. Therefore, it falls into the purview of the FBI alone to conduct wiretaps, and only with strict court approval.

Obama Behind the Wiretap

General John Kelly, the Secretary of the Department of Homeland Security, said on CNN that Donald Trump has “compelling evidence” that President Barack Obama ordered the wiretapping of Trump Tower while it was the headquarters of his 2016 election campaign.

“If the president of the United States said that, he’s got his reasons to say it. He’s got some convincing evidence that that took place.” During the entire interview of General Kelly by Wolf Blitzer, CNN ran a chyron in the lower third of the screen that said: “Breaking News – Source: FBI Chief “incredulous” over wiretap claim.”
