Internal Alchemy For Women

The vast majority of Taoist texts on alchemy, meditation, and sexuality are directed at male practitioners, but there also exists an ancient veiled esoteric tradition for female practitioners. Tantra is a spiritual practice in which all aspects of earthly life, including sex, can be a path to spiritual realization.

Internal alchemy is an array of esoteric doctrines and physical, mental, and spiritual practices that Taoist initiates use to prolong life, improve health, increase vitality, creativity, well being, happiness, personal magnetism and create an immortal spiritual body that would survive and consciously continue after death. Here’s more from Robert Sepehr, author and anthropologist.
