Feds & Illegal Alien Showdown

O’Reilly: Court Got It Right
Appearing on Real America’s Voice, Bill O’Reilly opines on the recent and surprising Supreme Court rulings, emphasizing the court got it right on abortion.
“In the long run, the states should have the ability to regulate abortion,” O’Reilly says. “That’s what the founding fathers put in the 10th Amendment.” He says abortion is not specifically cited, but refers to the right to privacy, which goes back to the states to adjudicate. He joins hosts John Solomon and Amanda head to discuss the rulings, plus other Constitutional values.
