Professor Became Comey’s Mole

A Columbia University law professor served as former FBI Director James Comey’s mole, leaking intelligence to the New York Times.

John Solomon, investigative reporter with Just the News, tells Fox News that Daniel Richman made the leaks acting on Comey’s behalf — leaks involving classified information, supposedly aimed at defending Comey or the FBI. Here’s more from the American Center for Law and Justice.

ACLJ Suing Biden’s DOJ

The American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ, representing FBI Special Agent Garret O’Boyle, is suing the Biden Administration’s Department of Justice.

ACLJ’s Jordan Sekulow reports that O’Boyle, who testified before Congress about Deep State FBI corruption within the agency to target pro-lifers, has since felt the full force of Deep State retribution against him for exposing the rampant corruption infecting our federal government. Sekulow says ACLJ also plans to represent other government whistleblowers who are under assault by the weaponized DOJ. Sekulow brings the details.

Texas Judge Overrules Supremes

U.S. District Judge Robert Pitman, a liberal Obama appointee, overruled the Supreme Court regarding the Texas Heartbeat Act. Pitman’s ruling effectively struck down the “heartbeat bill,” passed by the Texas Legislature, which bans abortions once a heartbeat is detected, usually around six weeks.

The Supreme Court earlier refused to block the ban, sending Planned Parenthood to Pitman’s court. Says American Center for Law and Justice senior counsel CeCe Heil, “In this law, basically Texas stated that once a heartbeat is detected, it is unlawful for a doctor to perform an abortion. So, the catch is, it is not the state that is going to enforce it. It is going to be an individual that enforces it. That is what has caused the problem. There is really no one to enjoin.” Here’s more analysis on the decision from host Jay Sekulow and the ACLJ crew.
