Nevada Ballot Interference

The conniving Democrats have just ensured themselves another disappointing trip to the halls of the U.S. Supreme Court, after more election interference in Nevada was exposed.

Jay Sekulow reports that OfficialACLJ has filed an emergency application asking SCOTUS to protect the right to vote, this time in the state of Nevada, following the Democrat Party’s attempt to keep Green Party candidates off the November election ballot. This on the heels of ACLU successfully representing President Trump in his winning effort to remain on the Colorado ballot.

Sekulow, chief counsel for ACLJ, dissects the issues and explains the course of action.

Massive Win For Parent Rights

Official ACLJ’s Jay Sekulow reports on a massive victory for parental rights in the state of Nevada, after a U.S. District Court ruled in favor of two parents in their fight against a Nevada public school district that forced their child to perform a pornographic script.

Sekulow says the Clark County School District not only lied to the parents, they prohibited the mother from reading the script given to her child, who was 15 at the time, before the school board. Sekulow is joined by an ACLJ legal panel to explain the case.

Foreperson Shatters Trump Case

Official ACLJ’s Jordan Sekulow says Emily Kohrs, foreperson in the grand jury that indicted Donald J. Trump in Georgia, all but destroyed the case when she discussed taboo details of the proceedings during interviews with CNN and MSNBC.

Sekulow says Kohrs not only spoke to the media, but spoke to them about things you can’t do, such as jury deliberations and discussions. Jay Sekulow, who formerly represented President Trump, bluntly said, “The case is over. You cannot have deliberations of a grand jury discussed while another grand jury is impaneled to consider the criminal charges that came up in the report that this grand jury foreperson is in charge of.” Team Sekulow explains further.

Congress Wants Mayorkas Gone

The American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ) and Team Sekulow report that the border crisis remains a major threat to national security and Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas has shown a complete lack of border control.

Now House Homeland Security Committee members are considering possible impeachment proceedings against Mayorkas for lying to Congress, violating federal law, refusing to secure the border, unconstitutionally censoring Americans on social media and allowing the largest expansion of drugs, human trafficking and illegal immigration on record. Here’s more with Jay and Jordan Sekulow.

FBI Spied On U.S. Senator

ACLJ’s Jay Sekulow says reports are surfacing that the Deep State FBI illegally spied on a sitting U.S. senator. He says when this video aired, the identity of the senator, who was the subject of this illegal surveillance, had not been released.

“All we know so far is that they have been notified,” Sekulow says. “We don’t know if it’s a man, woman, Republican, or even Democrat. But it doesn’t matter. Wrong is wrong. This is completely unacceptable and illegal, regardless of which side of the aisle the senator resides.” Here are more details from ACLJ.

It’s Unconstitutional!

The ACLJ’s Jay and Jordan Sekulow break down the monumental U.S. Supreme Court decisions of the week, which resulted in major wins for conservatives, including the dissolution of the Biden administration’s student loan forgiveness plan.

The student loan decision, especially, was a huge loss for Biden, who all but guaranteed the debt forgiveness as part of a campaign promise. Problem is, says Jordan Sekulow, Biden actually acknowledged he didn’t have the power to do this alone and Nancy Pelosi even confirmed the plan would require legislation. “Well, the court picked up on that,” Sekulow said. “The court decided this student loan program does not follow under the HEROES Act, which allows delays, but not forgiveness.”

Here’s more with the Sekulows on the major rulings in defense of the Constitution and free speech.

Jim Jordan Vs. Alvin Bragg

U.S. Rep. Jim Jordan and the House Judiciary Committee are going after District Attorney Alvin Bragg and his crime-ridden Manhattan.

Bragg, who drew the planet’s attention after indicting Donald J. Trump on political campaign charges, has failed miserably to contain the skyrocketing violent crime rate in his Manhattan district. The ACLJ Sekulow team takes a closer look at the confrontation.

Biden’s FBI Targets Christians

Imagine discovering your fellow church member was an undercover FBI agent keeping tabs on your church’s teachings. The Official ACLJ’s Sekulow team discusses how the Biden Administration’s Deep State FBI got busted targeting Christians again. Here’s more.

Congress Calls Out DOJ

Earlier this month, Attorney General Merrick Garland testified before the Senate Judiciary Committee, where he was questioned about his department’s decision to send armed SWAT-style agents to the home of a sole pro-life protester to arrest him, even after he had offered to turn himself in voluntarily.

The AG claimed the “safest” way to bring this peaceful protester in was with a battalion of armed agents. To make matters worse, the pro-lifer was acquitted of all charges. The Official ACLJ team of Jay and Jordan Sekulow weigh in on the issue.

DA Charges Alec Baldwin!

Santa Fe District Attorney Mary Carmack-Alwies has charged Alec Baldwin and armorer Hannah Gutierrez-Reed with two counts each of involuntary manslaughter in the shooting death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the set of the film Rust. Assistant director David Halls agreed to plea to negligent use of a deadly weapon.

ABC News’ Dan Abrams reports that the maximum sentence for involuntary manslaughter in New Mexico is 18 months, although the DA’s office added firearm enhancement to one of the charges, which would extend the sentence by a mandatory five years. The DA’s office said, “The evidence clearly shows a pattern of criminal disregard for safety on the Rust film set. In New Mexico, there’s no room for film sets that don’t take our commitment to gun safety and public safety seriously.” Here’s more from ABC News.

The legal team from the American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ), featuring former President Trump counsel Jay Sekulow, brings more in-depth analysis of the charges.
