MAGA Re-education Camps

ACLJ’s Jordan Sekulow reports that in the wake of the second assassination attempt on President Trump, there has been a greater look into some of the rhetoric used by the far left and whether it has been the cause of the recent uptick in political violence.

Jordan says one such shocking pronouncement came from New York House candidate Paula Collins, who said that MAGA supporters posting false information on social media should be put in re-education camps. Collins, a Democrat, is attempting to unseat New York powerhouse Elise Stefanik. Sekulow explains further.

Green Party Case To Supremes

The ACLJ’s Jordan Sekulow reports that its Nevada election interference case will be heard by the U.S. Supreme Court.

Sekulow said the case surrounds what ACLJ deems the Democrat Party’s unlawful removal of Green Party candidate Jill Stein from the November presidential election ballot. The action comes on the heels of ACLJ’s successful defense of President Trump’s ban from the Colorado primary election ballot.

“We’re fighting to ensure all Americans have the right to vote for the candidate of their choice,” Sekulow said. More from ACLJ.

Congress Wants Mayorkas Gone

The American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ) and Team Sekulow report that the border crisis remains a major threat to national security and Secretary of Homeland Security Alejandro Mayorkas has shown a complete lack of border control.

Now House Homeland Security Committee members are considering possible impeachment proceedings against Mayorkas for lying to Congress, violating federal law, refusing to secure the border, unconstitutionally censoring Americans on social media and allowing the largest expansion of drugs, human trafficking and illegal immigration on record. Here’s more with Jay and Jordan Sekulow.

ACLJ Suing Biden’s DOJ

The American Center for Law and Justice (ACLJ, representing FBI Special Agent Garret O’Boyle, is suing the Biden Administration’s Department of Justice.

ACLJ’s Jordan Sekulow reports that O’Boyle, who testified before Congress about Deep State FBI corruption within the agency to target pro-lifers, has since felt the full force of Deep State retribution against him for exposing the rampant corruption infecting our federal government. Sekulow says ACLJ also plans to represent other government whistleblowers who are under assault by the weaponized DOJ. Sekulow brings the details.

FBI Spied On U.S. Senator

ACLJ’s Jay Sekulow says reports are surfacing that the Deep State FBI illegally spied on a sitting U.S. senator. He says when this video aired, the identity of the senator, who was the subject of this illegal surveillance, had not been released.

“All we know so far is that they have been notified,” Sekulow says. “We don’t know if it’s a man, woman, Republican, or even Democrat. But it doesn’t matter. Wrong is wrong. This is completely unacceptable and illegal, regardless of which side of the aisle the senator resides.” Here are more details from ACLJ.

Biden Running Out Of Ammo

Ric Grenell joins ACLJ’s Jordan Sekulow to weigh in on Joe Biden’s decision to call up U.S. reservists to active duty in Europe, despite no explanation of what they’ll exactly be doing.

Sekulow reports that approximately 3,000 troops were called to duty by Biden and we haven’t heard a lot of explanation of what they’re going to do. Grenell, senior advisor for foreign policy and national security in the Trump Administration, suggests that American troops in Ukraine are exhausted and stretched and the Pentagon is calling for reservists. “I know it’s only 3,000, but this is just the beginning,” he says. More with Sekulow and Grenell.

It’s Unconstitutional!

The ACLJ’s Jay and Jordan Sekulow break down the monumental U.S. Supreme Court decisions of the week, which resulted in major wins for conservatives, including the dissolution of the Biden administration’s student loan forgiveness plan.

The student loan decision, especially, was a huge loss for Biden, who all but guaranteed the debt forgiveness as part of a campaign promise. Problem is, says Jordan Sekulow, Biden actually acknowledged he didn’t have the power to do this alone and Nancy Pelosi even confirmed the plan would require legislation. “Well, the court picked up on that,” Sekulow said. “The court decided this student loan program does not follow under the HEROES Act, which allows delays, but not forgiveness.”

Here’s more with the Sekulows on the major rulings in defense of the Constitution and free speech.

Chinese Hackers Target U.S.

ACLJ’s Jordan Sekulow welcomes Ric Grenell to the podcast to discuss how Chinese hackers are compromising critical cyber security infrastructure in the United States.

Grenell, former national security advisor in the Trump Administration, weighs in on how the CCP is not so much attempting to disrupt communication inside the U.S., but between America and Asia. Here’s more.

Jim Jordan Vs. Alvin Bragg

U.S. Rep. Jim Jordan and the House Judiciary Committee are going after District Attorney Alvin Bragg and his crime-ridden Manhattan.

Bragg, who drew the planet’s attention after indicting Donald J. Trump on political campaign charges, has failed miserably to contain the skyrocketing violent crime rate in his Manhattan district. The ACLJ Sekulow team takes a closer look at the confrontation.

Schiff Was Leaker In Chief

ACLJ Senior Counsel for Global Affairs and former CIA Director Mike Pompeo tells Jay Sekulow that Adam Schiff was the primary deliverer of the hoax, which suggested that President Trump colluded with the Russians.

Pompeo says in his recently released book, Never Give an Inch: Fighting for the America I Love, that when he was with the CIA and Schiff was senior member of the House Intelligence Committee, they would send stuff to him and it would all come out in the press. “He had a very sensitive position and then he used that position to go out and tell lies to the American people that he had to have known weren’t true about the Russian hoax.”  More from ACLJ.
