Trump Sues For Maine Return
Trump’s defense submitted their final reply in the J6 immunity appeal before the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals, arguing that Trump has broad immunity for conduct related to the “outer perimeter” of his Presidential duties.
Former Attorney General Ed Meese submitted a second amicus brief to the D.C. Court of Appeals, arguing Jack Smith and the Office of the Special Counsel are illegitimate and are only operating now based upon a perverted and unconstitutional interpretation of the law.
