RFK Jr. Wins Dirty Ballot Fight

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. won his ballot removal fight in an opinion that obliterated cheating Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson in her key swing state.

Even though the court caved on the sentencing of former President Donald Trump, his defense is still fighting to take the New York prosecution away from Judge Juan Merchan in their appeal to the Second Circuit.

Judge’s Daughter Hawks Harris

Trump’s defense filed a renewed motion to recuse Judge Juan Merchan from the New York Prosecution now that Kamala Harris is in control of the Democratic party. Judge Merchan’s Daughter, Loren, now lists “Kamala Harris for President” as a client on her website.

Trump’s defense team submitted their final reply, demanding the 34 guilty verdicts in New York be vacated after the Supreme Court’s decision on immunity.

They’re Up To Their Old Tricks

The Leftist scum at CNN and MSNBC are up to their old tricks, working double-time to try to get two U.S. Supreme Court justices, Sam Alito and Clarence Thomas, disqualified from hearing any cases involving President Donald Trump or his quest for immunity. In the case of Alito, the Marxists cite the fact that Alito has flown patriotic flags at his summer residence.

Trump Sues For Maine Return

Trump’s defense submitted their final reply in the J6 immunity appeal before the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals, arguing that Trump has broad immunity for conduct related to the “outer perimeter” of his Presidential duties.

Former Attorney General Ed Meese submitted a second amicus brief to the D.C. Court of Appeals, arguing Jack Smith and the Office of the Special Counsel are illegitimate and are only operating now based upon a perverted and unconstitutional interpretation of the law.
