Ball In The Supremes’ Court

A U.S. Supreme Court battle is shaping up, pitting President Donald Trump and the red states against the blue states that want to control the course of the federal government, even though the Democrats squarely lost the 2024 federal election. At the center of this battle is U.S. District Judge Amy Berman Jackson’s decision, calling upon the Trump administration to reinsert Hampton Dellinger as a Special Counsel for the U.S. Treasury Department.

Here, Robert Gouveia on Watching the Watchers lays out the parameters, and gives us a blow-by-blow account of the briefings.

Jack Smith’s Gift To Trump

Many believe that Special Counsel Jack Smith’s superseding indictment may have actually bolstered President Donald Trump’s re-election campaign.

FBI Disabled Mar-a-Lago Cams

Official ACLJ’s Jordan Sekulow reports more evidence has surfaced that FBI agents shut down security cameras during their raid on President Trump’s Mar-a-Lago property in 2022.

Though the cams were eventually turned back on, Sekulow says the action raises concerns about FBI transparency and procedural conduct. He says the decision to disable the cameras has sparked speculation over what occurred during the search and will likely become a focal point in the ongoing legal and political debates surrounding the Jack Smith Special Counsel Trump Trial. More with Sekulow.

Their Time Is Up!

Jack Smith is on his heels after two supplemental briefs from Trump’s defense and former Attorney General Ed Meese are submitted to challenge his unconstitutional appointment as Special Counsel in the Trump prosecutions.
