Who’s Blocking The Truth?
Attorney and bestselling author Kent Heckenlively joins the program to discuss the fight to uncover government secrets. In February of 2025, Congress created the Task Force on the Declassification of Federal Secrets to open government files on the assassinations of John F. Kennedy and Martin Luther King, the Jeffrey Epstein files, UFOs and the CIA’s MK-Ultra program.
Heckenlively followed the task force for 18 months, interviewing Reps. Eric Burlison, Anna Paulina Luna and Tim Burchett on the record. His work culminated in Book of Secrets, the inside story of Congress’s efforts to pry loose decades of secrets and the agencies fighting back.

I sit down with Heckenlively to find out what he learned, which secrets have actually been revealed and what remains hidden. We discuss why these files have been kept from the public, who is resisting their release and whether the task force is even capable of delivering the answers Americans have been waiting for. Here’s more from Sarah Westall on Business Game Changers.
