COG Blackout: Looming Ahead?
Welcome to the blackout! The Dark Journalist Daniel Liszt returns with a look at a COG — Continuity of Government — blackout that could be looming. Could a cyberattack trigger a blackout? How about exposure of data from the UFO Files? If there is a blackout, who would be in charge? Could we expect NORTHCOMM– the United States Northern Command — to take charge?
Will there be a Wall Street crash, prompting emergency powers? How about NORAD — the North American Aerospace Defense Command. These are all terms we might have heard over the years. Liszt explains how they all connect and the sequences of events that could occur if the shit hits the fan.
In case you’re wondering, his assistant the Lovely Miss Olivia also returns this episode, after a fairly long absence. We don’t learn why she vanished, but she did apparently get a mountain of email from fans wishing for her return, so she’s an essential member of the Dark Journalist’s crew.
