President Donald Trump pardoned a man who stole $38 million AND let elderly people die in filth. This was not a move to make America great. This move didn’t even make the nation marginally better.
Trump pardoned some true garbage: Joseph Schwartz, the former owner of Skyline Healthcare. He only served three months of his full three-year sentence. He should have remained in jail for his full three-year term. Here’s more from Brett Cooper.
The stunning resignation of New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo is drawing reaction from across the country, including members of “The Five,” on Fox News.
Longtime member, Greg Gutfeld, was seemingly the most vocal on the panel. “Honestly, we never thought this much of him as this was happening,” Gutfeld said. “But, it was everybody else. It was the CNNs, The View and the late-night crapfest who were creating this myth out of this creep. And, what happens is, when the press creates this monster, the flaws become more visible.”
In spite of the resignation, Cuomo isn’t completely out of the woods just yet. He’s still facing investigations into how he handled the nursing home scandal and his pandemic book, plus New York prosecutors are pursuing criminal charges over sexual harassment allegations. There are growing calls from both side of the aisles for New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo to resign, following an admission from an aide that the administration held back nursing home data on deaths from the COVID-19 pandemic.
Political pundit Tammy Bruce tells Fox News that if Cuomo doesn’t resign, authorities will launch an investigation. And making matters worse for Cuomo, the Biden Administration has refused to offer him a vote of confidence. But perhaps the big elephant in the proverbial room is the mainstream media turning a deaf ear to the growing scandal. Says Bruce, “In this case, the media is complicit.
