The U.S. Senate this past week finally reconvened and began discussing a Phase 4 stimulus package. But as expected, Nervous Nancy Pelosi and the House of Representatives continue on their hiatus while America goes broke. President Trump declared a national emergency on March 1, more than two months ago, yet 40 percent of Americans have not received their stimulus money. Officials have pivoted when it comes to new virus data, but no so much to it comes to the American people and their financial situations and job losses.
