Probably because they couldn’t translate what he meant. Our take: His was a reference to Ko Phi Phi Island in the Thailand. Why Thailand? Perhaps it has something to do with the reports that Jeffrey Epstein had been importing Thai girls, as young as eight years old, to his Little St. James Island in the Caribbean and Zorro Ranch in New Mexico.
