Remember Pirate Bay, the online site dispersing free digital content, including movies and concerts? Well, now, German police have raided an underground bunker run by some of the individuals that used to hang out with the Pirate Bay crew. Only nowadays, they weren’t just selling pirated movies. They had a bunker in the rustic community of Schwalbach outside Frankfurt, with military-style moats and protective shields, where they were hawking child pornography and illicit drugs in what’s described as the world’s second largest narcotics marketplace. Now Trump Must Pay Dearly

Why is President Donald Trump under the gun? Because he has dared to expose Washington’s nepotism and corruption. This isn’t a question of political parties. They are both full of corrupt officials. For every Joe Biden or Nancy Pelosi and Maxine Waters on the Democratic side, the Republicans can answer with Dick Cheney or Mitt Romney and George W. Bush.

None of these officials ever had the slightest interest in honestly representing the American public. They were all just working fat contracts on the side and wallowing in endless corruption. Lionel Nation has more on the sorry state of affairs in Washington, D.C.

Speaking of corruption, it turns out Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi, D-Calif., and Adam Schiff, D-Calif., the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, are both connected to a prominent arms dealer from the Ukraine. He is Igor Pasternak, and he’s even held two different fund raisers for Schiff asking for donations between $1,000 and $2,500. This at least partly explains why Pelosi and Schiff are pushing impeachment so much — they are not just Democrats, they are dirty dog Democrats! More from Martin Brodel.

In a statement made on Fox News, Pastor Robert Jeffress warned that impeachment of Donald Trump would cause a “civil war-like fracture” that this country could not heal from.

Trump quoted this and posted it to Twitter, sparking national Twitter trends and outrage among the left and even some on the right.

But while we can criticize the president for quoting Jeffress and for his use of Twitter, the quote itself is not wrong. For years the media has presented stories about a second civil war or civil war 2. In one story from 2017 they even claimed that some security experts believe there is a 95% chance of a civil war in the US in the next 5 to 15 years.

So why then are they mad at the president for now stating similar rhetoric that was pushed by outlets like the New Yorker?

It’s a media double standard, they can report on this and ask these questions but as soon as the president says something similar they called it Russian propaganda. An analyst for CNN did just that.  More from Tim Pool.
