Comedian Bill Engvall, formerly part of the Blue Collar Comedy Tour, entertains the audience in one of his solo stand-up performances, lamenting the fact that he’s not very adept at cooking breakfast.
Despite his woes, Engvall says he’s still proud of the American breakfast he tries to cook–eggs, bacon, sausage, toast, coffee. But he says a recent commercial has him thinking twice about eating sausage again. Looks like the Left has set a new standard for stupidity. Following President Trump’s comments on immigration and how coyotes, or smugglers, were responsible for transporting thousands of children across the border, a number of Lefties went looney. Clogging the Twittersphere, some mistook the term “coyotes” for real animals, while others plainly didn’t know what the President was talking about. Hard to believe.
Among the lamebrains was gun-control activist David Hogg of Stoneman Douglas High School shooting fame in Parkland, Fla., now a student at Yale University. Hogg and many of his liberal cohorts actually thought President Trump was referring to the animal coyote, a species of canine native to North America! And to think he was accepted into one of the country’s elite Ivy League schools.
