In a bombshell report, the White House published a speech by Science Advisor to the President Michael Kratsios, who mentioned that the U.S. government has the technology to “manipulate time and space.” This raised many questions, as once-theoretical ideas of quantum energy and space warping could now be tangible, metaphysical technology.
