While the New York Times may say this move by the President is to distract from the Mueller report, the real reason is because President Trump is in perpetual campaign mode. Across Latin America, a new meme has arisen involving Michael Jackson appearing as a creepy crawler — the ayuwoki — who strikes fear in the hearts of the average individual, usually in the early hours of the morning. The term “ayuwoki” comes from the lyrics “Annie, are you OK” used in Jackson’s album Smooth Criminal.
