This Is Long Overdue

UPenn has stripped Lia Thomas of his records, to restored them to the rightful female athletes, and issued an apology to the women impacted by the man they allowed to compete as a woman.

But is this too little too late? Let’s talk about it. Here’s more from Amala Ekpunobi,

Lia Thomas Stripped Of Titles

The NCAA has ripped away the titles from Lia Thomas, the banned the transgender from competing in women’s sports and apologized to the female swimmer Riley Gaines. This is a huge victory from the National Collegiate Athletic Association. Here’s more from Benny Johnson.

Trans Athletes Banned

A major collegiate athletic association, the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA), has banned transgender athletes from competing in women’s sports. The NAIA is the association that represents most smaller colleges.

Now, will the NCAA or National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA), representing the larger schools, follow suit?

Or will the NCAA continue to adopt the leftist position, thumbing their noses at the public by pushing transgender athletes and ruining women’s sports? Here’s more from Steve Turley.

Rinos Being Booted En Masse

Rino politicians are leaving Congress and state houses en masse, opting instead to work in education systems. In light of the Republicans reclaiming the majority in the House, and the Senate primed to do the same thing in 2024, do these flip-flopping Rinos see the writing on the wall?

Riss Flex reports it’s not surprising that many of the faux Republicans being booted into the private sector are rabid anti-Trumpers, including former Nebraska Sen. Ben Sasse, who voted to impeach Trump. Sasse has been named the next president of the University of Florida.

Then there’s outgoing Illinois House Minority Leader Jim Durkin, who’s resigning amid accusations of being too far to the left. He’s possibly returning to his former job as a Cook County prosecutor. And former Massachusetts GOP Gov. Charlie Baker is leaving to head the NCAA! Who’s next? Flex digs into the meltdown with more details.

Gov. Noem Not Backing Down

There’s a major push nationally by Leftists to allow biological males to compete in girls sports and the Biden Administration is squarely behind it.  But you can’t say as much for South Dakota and Gov. Kristi Noem.

The South Dakota Legislature recently passed a bill to prevent this from happening and Noem was ready to sign the legislation, before deciding to hold off in what appeared to be pressure from the NCAA. The move has Fox News’ Tucker Carlson up in arms and he called out Noem for her alleged about-face, saying she caved to the pressure. But Noem claims she has not abandoned the bill and she didn’t back down, explaining that her state wouldn’t have a snowball’s chance in hell of going up against the NCAA alone. Her solution: Form a coalition of states to fight the NCAA and all bullies, including conservative ones. Here’s more of the spirited debate with Carlson and Noem.
