Starting from January 2014, all broadband internet connections from the UK’s four ISPs (Virgin, Talk Talk, Sky and BT) will come with filter technology known as ‘default-on’ pre-installed. Hall, a veteran BBC broadcaster has pleaded guilty to sexual assaulting 13 girls between the ages of nine to 17 over a period of 18 years. One victim told reporters she finally found the strength to come forward after the Jimmy Savile scandal broke.
