Death Of The Penny?
President Donald Trump has recommended the U.S. Mint stop producing pennies — one of the staple coins of the nation since the American Revolutionary War. The penny now costs more to produce than it’s worth, and the federal government pays more than $170 million in making them. So eliminating the coin will save the feds some loot.
