Lame Congress Strikes Again

“President Obama announced new restrictions on greenhouse gas omissions,” reports Jodi Miller. “As expected, Republicans in Congress are vowing to fight the plan–a virtual guarantee that they will do absolutely nothing.” Miller also zeroes in on Hillary Clinton, Al Gore, Joe Biden, Cuba, Rick Perry and Ray Rice in this edition of NewsBusted.

Dirty Democrats Strike Again

It looks like the hapless Texas Democrat Party is up to its political antics again. On the surface, Texas Governor Rick Perry was indicted for attempting to remove the head of the Public Integrity Unit (PIU). Wild Bill analyzes the ridiculous charges against Perry and how the Democrats have elevated breaking the law to an art form–much like their master in the White House.

Tax reform giant Grover Norquist, Texas Governor Rick Perry and former New York City Commissioner Bernard Kerik laid out their plans for reform, taking the lead from several state initiatives implemented by Republican governors. Reason.TV’s Matt Welch takes a look at the flurry of ideas.
