Here’s footage presented at the U.S. House Oversight and Government Reform Subcommittee hearing. The footage shows a Hellfire missile bouncing off an Unidentified Aerial phenomenon (UAP), splitting a Hellfire missile into shards. Ballmer was then with Microsoft, but now owns the Los Angeles Clippers basketball team. He seems like the more natural actor, whereas Bill Gates is on the geeky side.
