Following in the footsteps of President Donald Trump, Argentine President Javier Milei announced this week he has ordered Argentine bureaucrats to assemble and release all classified Argentine documents concerning Nazi Fuhrer Adolf Hitler. While many pundits asserted Hitler died in a Berlin bunker at the conclusion of World War II, others alleged he had instead quietly relocated to the jungles of South America. Some placed his new home in Argentina, others identified neighboring Paraguay.
In anticipation of a treasure trove of documents from Milei, we present here a History Channel documentary called Hunting Hitler: Secret Lair Hidden in Argentine Jungle. Released in 2023, the documentary follows Tim Kennedy, U.S. Army Special Forces, as he joins archeologists Philip Kiernan and Daniel Schavelzon to explore a mysterious Nazi complex deep in the jungles of Argentina.
