Global Warming Fiasco

The Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) continues to push its agenda on the sham that is global warming with costly regulation after regulation that is driving utility bills through the roof. It’s latest target: eliminate wood stoves. But political pundit Dick Morris ask the consummate question: What’s going on now? With 90 percent of the country enduring freezing temps the last few days, it seems the globe is cooling, not warming. Morris says that four decades ago, climate scientists predicted a gradual, longterm increase in global temperatures, adding the trend would be increasingly sharper because of manmade greenhouse gasses. “History has now proven them wrong,” he says. “There has now been a 17-year period in which not only was there no exponential increase, there was no real increase in global warming.” Tune in as Morris elaborates in this edition of Dick Morris Reports.

Senate Within Range for GOP

Political pundit Dick Morris is making predictions again. Thirteen months after his prognostication debacle in the 2012 presidential election, in which he predicted a Romney landslide  victory, Morris says Republicans will capture the Senate in 2014.

“We need six seats to win the Senate,” he says. “Three of them, as I’ve said, are easy pickups: West Virginia, South Dakota and Montana. All three of them have retiring Democratic incumbents, very strong Republican candidates and very weak Democrats running for the seat.”  Morris said the real test will come in four crucial states: Alaska, Arkansas, Louisiana and North Carolina. Listen in to Morris’ rationale in this edition of “Dick Morris Reports.”

The Bill and Hillary Show

Earlier this week, President Clinton dropped another bombshell on the Obama administration, opining that he is opposed to wiretapping leaders in other countries. This is the second time in a month that Clinton has lashed out at the administration, earlier stating  that Obama should keep his promise that people wouldn’t have to change their health insurance plans if it wasn’t necessary.

What does this all mean? “In both of those cases, obviously, Bill was sent out by the Bill and Hillary team to go out and say that stuff because Hillary couldn’t, and couldn’t distance herself from Obama, so Bill did it for her,” says political pundit Dick Morris. The next step in the Bill and Hillary plan? Tune in to “Dick Morris Reports” and find out.

Obama’s October Swoon

President Obama’s lies about Obamacare and sinking economic numbers, specifically  the woeful job market, has the Commander in Chief gasping for air after a horrific October, according to political pundit Dick Morris. “His ratings are now down to 39 to 41, depending on what polls you read,” Morris says. “They’ve fallen from 60 to 39 in the Gallup polling throughout the course of 2013. That means he’s lost about a third of his support.” See what else Morris has to say in this edition of “Dick Morris Reports.”

Virginia Election Bad for Obama

Many of the political polls monitoring the Virginia governor’s race pointed to a 10-to-12-point victory for Democrat candidate Terry McAuliffe. But something happened on the way to polls that saw the former Democratic National Chairman trail Republican challenger Ken Cucinelli most of the evening before eking out a 3 percent victory. Political pundit Dick Morris’ take from the election is not very good news for the Obama administration.

“McAuliffe was supposed to win by 10 or 12 points, and he outspent his opponent by 2-to-1,” Morris says. “But the really bad news in Virginia for Obama is the question everybody’s been asking about the Virginia race and has skewed the polling in it, is which turnout model did you use? Polling is very effective in saying how people are going to vote, but not very effective in telling us whether they’re going to vote or not.” Morris elaborates on his hypothesis in this edition of “Dick Morris Reports.”

Iran Closer to Getting a Bomb

Iran’s crafty charm offensive and uncharacteristic diplomatic initiatives with the Obama administration and the West, has this scourge of the Middle East closer to producing a nuclear bomb. Dick Morris says that Iran basically took its lead from North Korea, who during its ruse announced a whole new round of negotiations with the West, were suddenly more amenable to discussions, removed procedural obstacles, and then right in the middle of the talks, they exploded their bomb. Morris explains the ramifications of Iran’s latest maneuver in this edition of “Dick Morris Reports.”

The Gravy Train Mentality

It’s official: Americans receiving entitlements now outnumber those earning a paycheck, according to the Census Bureau and Bureau of Labor Statistics. So, with more Americans than ever climbing on the government gravy train, how much longer can we survive? Political pundit Dick Morris says, “151 million Americans receive a check from the government, but only 125 million Americans receive a paycheck from an employer, or are self-employed. This gap is horrific. It means that more people are looking for government mailing envelopes–entitlements–than are looking for pay envelopes from their boss, or from their place of work.” Listen to the rest of Morris’ analysis in this edition of “Dick Morris Reports.”

Formula for Recovery

In the aftermath of the Republican surrender in the “deal” to reopen government and raise the debt ceiling, political pundit Dick Morris says he has a formula for the recovery of the party. “”We basically have to begin with a fundamental concept. You only change public policy through elections,” Morris says. “You can’t change it by pressure, by bullying, by blackmail, by legislative fiat, by standing firm, by standing up for principles … none of that does it. What does it, is winning the next election.” In the following edition of “Dick Morris Reports,” he details the exact path Republicans must follow to win back the trust of the American public.

Morris: Republicans in Trouble

The Republican Party is fighting the wrong fight and taking a beating in the opinion polls to boot. That’s the assessment from political pundit Dick Morris, who says Republicans should concentrate on the debt limit debate instead. “We need to go back to the basics that I’ve been saying from the beginning,” Morris explains. “The debt limit fight is the right fight to wage. The Obamacare fight through the government shutdown is not the right fight to wage. You can roll back parts of Obamacare as part of cutting spending on the debt limit, but to close the government down and say unless you repeal Obamacare we’re going to shut the government down, is a serious, serious mistake.”
