The Ferguson Lie

One of the most significant events of this century happened on Aug. 9, 2014, on the outskirts of St. Louis, in a town called Ferguson, Mo. The event is so imbedded in our psyche that if you just mention Ferguson, everyone knows what you’re talking about–alleged police brutality and racial injustice. Problem is, people think they know what happened in Ferguson, but many are mistaken. During that fateful evening, a young black man, Michael Brown, was shot and killed by a police officer, which fueled nights of riots and gave fuel to a new social movement–Black Lives Matter. Syndicated radio-show host Larry Elder breaks down the details of that night in Ferguson and its historical significance in this episode of PragerU.

Harris, Warren Should Be Dq’d

Senators and presidential candidates, Kamala Harris and Elizabeth Warren have doubled down on their attacks on Brett Kavanaugh and Michael Brown, due process and the Constitution be damned. Harris and Warren renewed their contention that Brown was murdered in the wildly publicized Ferguson, Missouri, incident, despite evidence in an FBI investigation to the contrary. And both women “convicted” Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh during his Congressional hearing despite evidence to the contrary.

“Not only is this absurd and should be disqualifying for both of these women, they shouldn’t even get one vote for what they have done with Kavanaugh and Michael Brown,” says political commentator Bill O’Reilly. He elaborates on the “Talking Points Memo” segment of the Bill O’Reilly Channel.

Native Americans Steamed

Jodi Miller reports, “At the White House President Obama met with leaders of American Indian tribes. “But Native Americans are very upset. This country used to belong to them, now it belongs to China.” In this edition of NewsBusted, Miller also features Candy Crowley, Cher, Social Security, Eric Garner, Ferguson, Missouri, and McDonald’s McRib.

And the Big Lie Dies

In the aftermath of the Michael Brown shooting in Ferguson, Missouri, thousands looted and trashed many local businesses that had absolutely nothing to do with the incident. The insane behavior, looters proclaimed, was a protest against the white officer who shot and killed Brown, a black teen.

When the dust settled and the media left town, the St. Louis chapter of the Tea Party came to the rescue. Visiting the businesses in Ferguson that sustained damage, the Tea Party offered encouragement and bought their products to help get them back on their feet.

Wild Bill says that when a black man in one of the stores witnessed the goodwill, he couldn’t believe his eyes. “And just like that, the big lie died,” Wild Bill says. “What is the big lie? That the Tea Party is racist.” Tune in as Wild Bill explains in this edition of Wild Bill for America.

ISIS is Beyond Evil

Joe Dan Gorman unleashes his fury on ISIS in this edition of Intellectual Froglegs. “You don’t see evil this heinous in any horror movies,” Gorman says. “This Islamic State–some call it ISIS, some call it ISIL–it doesn’t matter. They cannot be contained, they cannot be reasoned with. You got to take them out.” Gorman also touches on church and state, Hamas and the Ferguson, Missouri, shooting.
