Lawyer Dropped On Drug Boat

After public outcry over the Navy’s assassination of cartel members without due process, a public defender is dropped onto a drug boat to make sure the proper process is followed. Ay, caramba! Here’s more from The Babylon Bee.

The Real Plan: Protect The Scam

Rob Schmitt comments on the Left’s push for illegals to enter America. They feign empathy for these illegals when they oppose deportations.

In actuality, the Democrats are desperate to protect their scam to steal American elections. Here’s more on the Newsmax program “Rob Schmitt Tonight.”

What No One Noticed

Megan Kelly points out a key detail of Judge Juan Merchan’s running of former President Donald Trump’s hush money trial, proving Trump was denied due process by the details that were kept hidden from him and his attorneys. In other words, Merchan and Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg conspired to rob Trump of his rights.

What we’re witnessing is nothing but a corrupt, two-tiered judicial system. Here. Dave Rubin shares the clip.

After the initial gut-punch reaction to the news of the verdict, conservatives took to X, airing their perspectives and issuing marching orders on our way to the November 5th election. Let’s take a look! Here’s more from Lori Colley.

FBI’s Election Cheat Sheet

ACLJ’s Jay and Jordan Sekulow report on new information about attacks on election integrity from within the Biden Administration. Jay Sekulow says an FBI whistleblower provided a document to Project Veritas that reportedly shows the FBI classifying misinformation as an election crime.

Not surprisingly, the document is titled “2022 Midterm Elections Social Media Analysis Cheat Sheet.” Sekulow says the document claims that the FBI is looking into these so-called election crimes. The document not only includes terms banned on social media, such as “voter ballot fraud,” but it also lists both misinformation and disinformation. According to the FBI document, disinformation is defined as “false or inaccurate information intended to mislead others,” whether done mistakenly or unintentional.

“It’s a total violation of the 1st Amendment. It violates the due process clause of the 4th Amendment. It’s absurd,” Sekulow says. Here’s more.

Trump Acquittal Inevitable

It sounds like people across the political spectrum admit and concede that next week’s sham impeachment trial of President Trump will ultimately end in an acquittal, but the corrupt Democrat Party, with the aid of the mainstream media, is proceeding with the show only to gain political points.

Rep. Jim Jordan tells Fox News’ Shannon Bream that the Democrats are obsessed with destroying Trump and have been since he took office, but their tactics are doomed for failure. “They’re not going to prevail, because there are strong arguments for the President,” Jordan says. He points to the Constitutional argument that you can’t remove a President that’s already gone, as evidenced by Chief Justice John Roberts’ refusal to preside over the trial because Trump has already left office. Then there’s the question of due process: there were no depositions, no witnesses, no hearings, no cross examinations. In other words, case closed.

Jordan and Bream also discuss the growing concern for the GOP over Rep. Liz Cheney’s impeachment vote and the Democrats’ attempt to censor Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, and remove her from committee assignments over what they deem “disturbing” social media posts.

Harris, Warren Should Be Dq’d

Senators and presidential candidates, Kamala Harris and Elizabeth Warren have doubled down on their attacks on Brett Kavanaugh and Michael Brown, due process and the Constitution be damned. Harris and Warren renewed their contention that Brown was murdered in the wildly publicized Ferguson, Missouri, incident, despite evidence in an FBI investigation to the contrary. And both women “convicted” Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh during his Congressional hearing despite evidence to the contrary.

“Not only is this absurd and should be disqualifying for both of these women, they shouldn’t even get one vote for what they have done with Kavanaugh and Michael Brown,” says political commentator Bill O’Reilly. He elaborates on the “Talking Points Memo” segment of the Bill O’Reilly Channel.
