Bye Bye Gladys

Gladys Berejiklian, the pugnacious premier of New South Wales province in Australia, has resigned after a corruption watchdog group found she had taken bribes to enforce Covid-19 vaccine mandates.

Berejiklian denied the corruption charges, saying at her resignation Friday that ““I state categorically I have always acted with the highest level of integrity.”

She has enforced strict lockdown policies, placing harsh penalties against businesses and schools, as well as individuals. Under her rule, the police also have bloodied and beaten many vaccine protesters.

We wait to see how much money the vaccine companies paid to this horrid bully. She has run roughshod over the citizenry of a once-great nation, and merits no pity nor consideration, given the nature of her offensive behavior.

Australia’s Iron-Gloved Despot

Resentful and bitter after being criticized over her leadership during the latest lockdown, Gladys Berejiklian decides it’s time to take things to the next level and declare herself the eternal leader of New South Wales, Australia. Those of us in the United States, Canada and Europe need to pay heed to this power-grabbing bureaucrat, who has served as premier of New South Wales since 2017.
