Timing Is Everything

New York Attorney General Letitia James is losing her war against former President Donald Trump. The fraud lawsuit she brought against him is now hanging on the most slender of threads. The New York Appellate Court appears poised to throw out the case on grounds it presents frivolous and fraudulent prosecution. Timing is everything.

Notice the recent rash of resignations in New York? How about the Kamala Harris teleprompter hoaxes? Just how low will the mainstream media sink to try to elect this dumb and mean-spirited leftist?

Hurricanes Helene and Milton remain in the picture, as we see how the federal government mishandled everything. Was a helicopter loaded with rescue supplies purely for a Kamala Harris photo op? Allegedly, the helicopter in question was never sent out to rescue anyone.

Presidential Immunity Denied

Judge  Tanya Chutkan issued a 48-page memo, denying Trump’s motion to dismiss the January 6th prosecution based on his claims of presidential immunity. She found that Trump does not get a “get-out-of-jail-free” pass simply because he was the President.

Trump’s defense filed a new appeal to New York’s highest court challenging Judge Arthur Engoron’s gag order over the Former President and his team. Appealing from an adverse ruling at the Appellate Court, Trump’s team continues to argue that Trump is entitled to the protections afforded under the First Amendment when commenting on the New York Court proceedings against him.

The D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals authorized civil lawsuits against Trump to proceed with further litigation. Finding in favor of the plaintiffs suing Trump, the Court found that Trump’s actions on the 6th might have been unofficial and outside the scope of Presidential duties, thereby removing him from the protections of Presidential Immunity.
