Fani Willis and Fulton County appear for an evidentiary hearing in Judge Scott McAfee’s courtroom to defend against being disqualified from the Trump Prosecution. Defense attorneys, led by Michael Roman’s lawyer Ashleigh Merchant, argue the entire RICO case should be dismissed after uncovering evidence of an affair between Fani and her Special Prosecutor, Nathan Wade.
