Who Spied on Trump?

One of the most closely-held secrets in the intelligence community – possibly even at the Cosmic Clearance level – is how U.S. intelligence agencies get away with spying domestically on its own citizens. Anyone who has worked in a classified setting learns that spying against American citizens is one of the cardinal laws that no one is supposed to violate. The law is called the Posse Comitatus law of 1878.

“Whoever, except in cases and under circumstances expressly authorized by the Constitution or Act of Congress, willfully uses any part of the Army or the Air Force as a posse comitatus or otherwise to execute the laws shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than two years, or both.”

While the law does not mention the Navy or Marines, both have regulations that put them under the posse comitatus law. The law is also believed to govern intelligence agencies – with the exception of the FBI, whose job it is to investigate crime in the U.S. in strict accord with the U.S. Constitution, defending all the Constitutional rights of a U.S. citizen. Therefore, it falls into the purview of the FBI alone to conduct wiretaps, and only with strict court approval.

Will Trump Nuke Obama?

Obama bugged Trump Tower during the 2016 campaign, but what’s really behind the ObamaGate wiretapping? Obama’s excuse is ‘Russia,’ but Obama also bugged AP and the House of Representatives cloakroom.

On the surface, the Deep State appears to be ‘going after’ Trump in a brutal turf war. So why doesn’t President Trump just “nuke” Obama? Because Obama (and his family) are CIA creations. Obama breaks laws without consequence. That’s because Obama is career CIA — and nobody wants war with CIA.

Since Obama bugged Trump (and Obama works for CIA) that means CIA actually bugged Trump. Trump could expose Obama’s forged ID and stolen SSN, but that means blowing the lid off Obama’s fake Presidency and declaring war on CIA. So far, Trump isn’t willing to go nuclear.

The question now: Since Obama and his ‘shadow government’ remain in DC trying to sabotage Trump, how far will Trump go to win this Deep State turf war? Trump can prosecute Obama Regime criminals and jail CIA-blackmailed perverts, but that means a death match against the Deep State. So why are there TWO Presidents locked in this battle royale?

Here, the Simon Harris Tribute Archive discusses the Deep State scandal and projects: “Obama wiretapping Trump will be worse than Watergate.” Harris died in 2020.)

Male Vote Could Decide Race

The huuuge male gender gap could be the deciding factor in the 2016 race for the White House. While Democrat frontrunner Hillary Clinton boasts a 11-point lead among female voters, GOP nominee Donald Trump holds a commanding 22-point edge among males. “The 22-point Trump lead among men is enormous compared to the 7-point victory among men that Romney achieved in 2012,” Morris says. “So what’s really happening now, is not a female gender gap but a male gender gap.” He explains in this edition of Dick Morris Reports.

It’s Bedtime For Anger Babies

Joe Dan Gorman says, “It’s bedtime for the #NeverTrump anger babies.” First they said he’d never run. And when he announced, they proclaimed it was a publicity stunt and he wouldn’t last. He lasted, survived several raucous moments on the campaign trail and is now the GOP’s nominee. So there, anger babies! Gorman explained The Donald’s success succinctly: “Look what the man’s doing.” He’s putting on an absolute clinic. Aside from his platform of America first, what’s been the primary theme of the Trump campaign? Winning big. And what’s he been doing? I rest my case.”

Trump Can Win

Political strategist Dick Morris says he was stunned at the latest Quinnipiac Poll that showed Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton virtually deadlocked in the key swing states of Florida and Pennsylvania and The Donald leading in Ohio. “Hillary would have no chance of winning if Trump carried all of those states,” he says. Morris points to the emergence of the white male vote in this election year and the scrutiny over Clinton’s record as key facts in Trump’s surge. Listen to his full analysis in this edition of Dick Morris Reports.

No Jobs in Graduates’ Future

“President Obama gave the commencement speech at Howard University,” Jodi Miller reports. “He told graduates, ‘Your future is bright,’ unless they want jobs. President Obama also told graduates there’s no limit to what they can accomplish, so long as they’re willing to ignore the Constitution.” Miller also zeroes in on Donald Trump, Cinco de Mayo, Hillary Clinton, the teacher of the year and Jeb Bush in this edition of NewsBusted.

Why Trump Won Indiana

Donald Trump’s decisive victory in the Indiana primary came as a shocker to many. Not Dick Morris. “I think when a politician is able to establish a congruence, an exact identity, between his point of view and the nation’s point of view, that creates a source of power that is enormous; that is outside of the realm of normal political discussion,” says Morris, one of the nation’s most influential political commentators. He praises Trump as an extremely attractive candidate, adding, “If he were elected, I think he’d be quite a good president.”

Dems Exploiting Black Voters

“In Harlem, Hillary Clinton said Democrats cannot take all black voters for granted,” Jodi Miller reports. “Fact checkers say she’s right. Democrats can only take 95 percent of black voters for granted.” NewsBusted and Miller also take aim on the IRS, Mexican tunnels, college pot smokers, Nik Wallenda, Donald Trump and Rachel Dolezal.
