Division Brewing Among Dems

With the Republicans making some major gains in the US House, an intraparty battle is brewing over whether Nancy Pelosi will remain Speaker of the House. Looks like she could be deposed, even if the Democrats manage to cling to a narrow margin of control in the House. The radical Socialists, the members of The Squad, like Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., and Ilhan Omar, D-Minn., are among Pelosi’s biggest critics. More from Steve Turley.

Jim Clyburn’s admission that the Black Lives Matter slogan “Defund the Police” backfired and cost Democrats seats in the House of Representatives. Dave discusses while the BLM narrative may be popular with activists, most voters want law and order. Most people may want some reform of law enforcement, but not the potential rising crime that would come from defunding the police.
