Cabinet Lacks Oaths Of Office
Greg Reese reports that attorney Todd Callender and his team from Project Proper Oath discovered, through the Freedom of Information Act, that not a single member of Joe Biden’s cabinet has an oath of office.
Reese says the Constitution stipulates that within 30 days of appointment to public office, all public officials are legally required to have a signed and notarized copy of their oath of office. Shockingly, it appears that no one in Biden’s cabinet has one, including Vice-President Kamala Harris, Secretary of State Antony Blinken and Attorney General Merrick Garland.
Reese digs into the details, including the revelation that 45 Communist goals were submitted to the Congressional Record on Jan. 10, 1963, including No. 13, which says, “Do away with loyalty oaths.”
