San Francisco Celebrates Porn

A sculpture of a 45-foot nude woman has been erected near the Ferry Building in San Francisco. Sculpted by Marco Cochrane, the sculpture weighs 30,000 pounds. Called R-Evolution, the sculpture originally appeared at the Burning Man Festival in the Black Rock Desert of Nevada.

Queens of Heaven

Queen of Heaven was a title given to a number of ancient sky goddesses worshiped throughout the ancient Mediterranean and Near East during ancient times.
