Shut Up And Dribble!

A handful of Brooklyn Nets season ticket holders sat courtside at the Nets’ last home game, wearing t-shirts that said: “Fight Antisemitism,” a direct slap at NBA superstar Kylie Irving’s alleged antisemitic remarks last week.

Many pundits in the corporate media have vilified and demonized Irving. It’s difficult to believe that one “sentence-less” tweet about a documentary no one is watching sparked this much outrage. Fearless Fire host Jason Whitlock and sports journalist Steve Kim debate the issue.

No Jab, No Sports

The war on healthy people by the Biden Administration continues, after the Brooklyn Nets banned superstar guard Kyrie Irving from playing until he gets vaccinated. “Absolutely coersive, absolutely nonsensical,” says World Alternative Media’s Josh Sigurdson. “There’s never been any study that shows unjabbed people risk jabbed people.”

The tyranny has spread to other stars and leagues, as well. The NBA’s Jonathan Isaac, of the Orlando Magic, has also expressed his opposition to forced vaccinations and has not been allowed around players at many functions. The NHL’s Tyler Bertuzzi, of the Detroit Redwings, was banned from all Canadian games for not being vaccinated.

What perhaps is most beautiful in all this, says Sigurdson, is these young men have enough principles to turn down millions of dollars and destroy their own careers because they believe in their own personal choices, in freedom and bodily autonomy. More from World Alternative Media.

ESPN’s Race Baiting

With our major sports leagues hopping on the racial injustice bandwagon and Black Lives Matter nonsense, ESPN continues to fan the race-baiting flames.

It’s latest diatribe came late last week when the Brooklyn Nets hired Steve Nash, former superstar during his long career with the Phoenix Suns and a white man. The hire sent iconic ESPN personality Stephen A. Smith into a tizzy. “There’s no way around it,” Smith says. “This is white privilege. This doesn’t happen for a black man.”

Sports Wars host Jeremy Griggs was in a tizzy, too, lashing back at Smith. “What Stephen A. Smith said today is absolutely ridiculous and absolutely unacceptable. And it’s ridiculous that no one holds this man accountable for the nonsense that he spews.” Tune in to hear Griggs’  entire rant.
