He would then freeze the water samples and capture them as they crystallized with high-speed microscopic photography. The results were astonishing. Reese says Public, a Substack publication, reports that the whistleblower was present at cyber-security meetings, hosted by the Department of Homeland Security, where a web of NGOs and private individuals were recruited to censor and subvert the American people.
