Is Justice Barrett Fit For Court?

U.S. Supreme Court Justices Amy Coney Barrett and Elena Kagan gave testimony during a Congressional hearing on Tuesday.

Barrett’s shocking testimony paired with new data suggest that fear may have swayed her Court opinions.

Also in this edition: Proof that former President Biden spied on 44 lawmakers. The vast majority of those subjected to espionage were Republicans, but also a few Democrats.

Special prosecutor Jack Smith conducted the eavesdropping on private emails. Targets included Chuck Grassley, chairman of the Senate Judiciary Committee, and Tom Cotton, chairman of the Senate Intelligence Committee.  Here’s more from Lori Colley.

The Truth Will Come Out!

The House Judiciary Committee is furious with the Democratic-funded Authentic Campaigns for failing to adequately respond to their requests for information about Alvin Bragg’s Trump Prosecution in New York City. House committee members are especially furious over the participation of Loren Merchan, the daughter of Judge Juan Merchan, in Democratic campaigns, including the campaign of Kamala Harris. Merchan’s overt corruption destroys his credibility as an impartial judge.

The FBI held a call with the media to provide updates on the J13 investigation in Butler. The FBI attempted to “correct the record.” This is what happened.

Mistrial Possible In NY Case

Former President Donald Trump’s hush money case might be declared a mistrial after one of the jurors supposedly leaked the verdict in advance. The juror’s cousin supposedly posted an advance notice on Facebook of the guilty verdict pending.

Styxhexenhammer666 says this certainly could be grounds for a mistrial, but it remains to be seen if New York Judge Juan Merchan will order an investigation or whether the corrupt officials in the Manhattan District Attorney’s office will actually follow suit. We’re not exactly talking about an honest or diligent bunch of officials, or a city known for its impartiality!
