Mistrial Possible In NY Case

Former President Donald Trump’s hush money case might be declared a mistrial after one of the jurors supposedly leaked the verdict in advance. The juror’s cousin supposedly posted an advance notice on Facebook of the guilty verdict pending.

Styxhexenhammer666 says this certainly could be grounds for a mistrial, but it remains to be seen if New York Judge Juan Merchan will order an investigation or whether the corrupt officials in the Manhattan District Attorney’s office will actually follow suit. We’re not exactly talking about an honest or diligent bunch of officials, or a city known for its impartiality!

Will Supremes Overturn Verdict?

In a stunning turn of events that may well shake up the Deep State and corrupt Democrat Party, H.A. Goodman reports that the U.S. Supreme Court appears to be on the cusp of reversing President Trump’s unconstitutional guilty verdict.

Spearheaded by Justice Samuel Alito, Goodman says he believes the Supremes have already overturned the verdict based on the Federal Election Commission (FEC) statutes and regulation pertaining to the matter.

“There is no federal statute that Trump broke. This is why it’s unconstitutional,” Goodman says. He added that no state can decide , without the DOJ and FEC, that Trump broke federal campaign laws. He explains further.

Now What?

How do selective prosecution and enemies’ lists pose such a grave danger to the United States? Now, instead of prosecuting crimes, we have district attorneys who fabricate crimes to fit the most deranged political persuasions of their constituencies.

Witness the 34 charges upon which former President Donald Trump was indicted, and subsequently found guilty, in the New York hush money trial. This is a case that should never have been brought to trial. It only arose because a corrupt district attorney funded by George Soros — Alvin Bragg —  held court before a corrupt Democratic and wholly biased judge — Juan Merchan.

Trump Found Guilty By Leftists

The leftist bilgewater in New York found former President Donald Trump guilty on 34 counts in the hush money trial presided over by the crooked judge Juan Merchan.  Responding to the verdict, Trump pledged to carry the case to a higher — and hopefully less corrupt and biased — court. ‘Rust’ Armorer Convicted!

A Santa Fe, N.M., jury has convicted Hannah Gutierrez-Reed of involuntary manslaughter in the on-set death of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins in 2021.

Gutierrez-Reed was the low-budget western film’s armorer and responsible for firearm safety. The film’s star and producer, Alec Baldwin, was rehearsing with a revolver on set, when it accidentally discharged. He claimed he never pulled the trigger. Hutchins died on the scene and director Joel Souza was wounded.

Gutierrez-Reed, whose attorneys will appeal the verdict,  faces up to a year and one-half in prison. More from KTLA News in Los Angeles, courtesy of 216.

Jury Verdict Wipes Out Giuliani

A Washington D.C. jury has convicted attorney and one-time counsel for President Trump, Rudy Giuliani, for defaming two Georgia election workers, ordering him to pony up $148 million in damages.

Election employees Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss had asked for $24 million in actual damages, but said they would leave it up to the jury to assess punitive damages “to send a message.” The verdict was unanimous among the eight jurors. More from Xandrewx.
