Hunter Biden’s Puff Charges

Hunter Biden has pleaded guilty to two misdemeanor counts of tax evasion as well as one felony count involving possession of a firearm while being addicted to drugs. That’s the news. What’s not said? These are light-weight, puff charges. He’ll never serve a day in jail on the misdemeanor charges, and the felony drug charge will go away so long as he stays clean.

Talk about a rigged, two-tier justice system. The rich and politically connected never pay the price while the poor can serve 10 years on the same charges! Nothing but crookery! More from Steve Turley.

Unsurprisingly, Hunter Biden has pled guilty to 3 Federal charges, and you may be tempted to think he’s getting off without the needed accountability America is demanding. But is he?

California A Cesspool Of Crime

The looting free-for-all in San Francisco’s high-end shopping district proved once again that Prop 47 ruined California cities.

In San Francisco alone, break-ins have risen 753 percent and is more dangerous than 98 percent of all U.S. cities, according to the Hoover Institute. Fox News’ Brian Kilmeade says the majority of the increase in crime across the state can be traced to Proposition 47, the referendum passed in 2014 that reclassified certain thefts and drug possession as mere misdemeanors. Kilmeade says the pattern of leniency has spread like a virus across the country. And to no one’s surprise, the 10 most dangerous cities in America are now controlled by Democrats. Former NM State Rep Indicted

Former New Mexico State Representative Sheryl Williams Stapleton was indicted on 28 felony and misdemeanor charges in an alleged  kickback scheme involving Albuquerque Public (APS) Schools, and businesses and charities she owned or had an interest in. If convicted of all charges, she faces decades in prison.

The Bernalillo County grand jury indictment included one count of racketeering, five counts of money laundering and several counts of soliciting or receiving kickbacks. Stapleton, a Democrat and former House Majority Leader in the Legislature, was also an APS administrator. More from KRQE-TV in Albuquerque.
