FEMA: A Despicable Agency

What’s the truth about FEMA (the Federal Emergency Management Agency) and Hurricane Helene? Is the government really confiscating aide for the victims? Are they really not helping at all?

Glenn Beck traveled to Asheville, North Carolina, to find out for himself. He tells the infuriating story of his conversation with the lone FEMA truck in the area: “FEMA is despicable!” Instead of helping people, Glenn says, they’re just setting up more red tape … after showing up a WEEK LATE!

Curb-Stomp The IRS!

Stephen Green says dealing with the IRS has been a catastrophe for decades–an ocean of red tape consuming three cities worth of man-hours to comply with.

Green’s solution: Chuck it into the ocean and replace it with the elegant, morally sound, eminently-fair “100/10/o plan.” Green and his “Right Angle” colleagues, Bill Whittle and Scott Ott, explain further.

Covid: Don’t Let Them Off Hook

John Stossel says four years ago, we were told we had “15 days to slow the spread.” Covid’s “15 days” turned into years and the loss of our freedoms increased.

Stossels says it’s important we don’t forget what happened. Politicians destroyed jobs and increased costs. They made bad things worse with arbitrary rules, and, on top of that, government probably killed people with its endless red tape.

“Let’s remember politicians’ incompetence and their insatiable wish to gain power over us,” he says. “Let’s never give them power like that again.” Here’s more.

An Unlikely Ally?

David Hogg, the progressive 2nd Amendment opponent, received a mouthful of red tape while attempting an LLC start-up and uncharacteristically slammed the government for its avalanche of rules and regulations.

Says Right Angle’s Alfonzo Rachel, “David Hogg has gone hog-wild heretic. I saw he put out a tweet and he’s starting to sound like one of our cousins.” Rachel is joined by Scott Ott and Stephen Green to discuss whether this brainwashed lefty can now finally find fellowship with conservatives. Here’s their report.

Bribes For Gun Permits in NYC

The Supreme Court will soon decide whether the government will let residents carry guns. It’s not an easy process, says John Stossel, who once tried to obtain a carry permit in New York City.

“They didn’t make it easy,” he says. “They required pages and pages of forms, notarization, records of death threats I’d received and two trips to police headquarters.” Not to mention a $430 fee. Stossel says the whole process took 8.5 months and the results: Denied.

Further investigation by Stossel not only found that the rich and famous in New York were easily obtaining carry permits, but also cops were being bribed in the “permit” department. He found that some politically connected individuals were offering cops as much as $6,000 to issue permits. More on the story  with Stossel.
