Hegseth Ekes Into Office

Vice President J.D. Vance cast the deciding vote to confirm Pete Hegseth’s appointment as the next Secretary of Defense. The vote came late Friday night after Hegseth had split the Senate 50 to 50, with the tie vote leaving it up to the vice president to put Hegseth over the top.

Three holdout Republicans joined the leftists to vote against Hegseth – Alaska’s Lisa Murkowski, Maine’s Susan Collins and Kentucky’s Mitch McConnell. It was only the second time in history that an American Vice President broke a tie vote to install a cabinet secretary. The other instance also involved a Trump nominee — his choice for Secretary of Education in 2016.

Trump himself was in North Carolina on Friday, joined by Melania Trump to tour the Hurricane Helene-ravaged region surrounding Asheville. Afterwards, he ventured west to California to visit areas charred by the wildfires that have scorched more than 55,000 acres to date.

Meanwhile, a federal judge in Washington, DC has imposed new restrictions on a handful of the Oath Keepers whose sentences were commuted earlier this week by Trump. U.S. District Court Judge Amit Mehta ruled Friday that Stewart Rhodes and his colleagues cannot return to Washington DC, nor enter the U.S. Capitol Building, without advance permission from the court.

“The notion that Stewart Rhodes could be absolved is frightening and ought to be frightening to anyone who cares about democracy in this country,” the judge said. Acting U.S. Attorney Ed Martin called upon Mehta to rescind the order. Here’s more from Robert Gouveia on Watching The Watchers.

Health Risks Soar After Helene

Truthstream Media offers this sobering report on many of the toxins released in North Carolina and Tennessee in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene.

There’s no easy takeaway, except to watch 0ut for long-term health risks associated with this caustic storm. Not only is the mud and silt full of deadly debris,but there’s also radioactive materials that’s been discharged from a company called  Nuclear Fuel Services in Erwin, Tennessee.

Asheville, North Carolina

Three weeks after Hurricane Helene hit western North Carolina, Really Graceful tours the mountain community of Asheville and reports on what she found.  There are still powerful signs of the damage and destruction, as well as the wanton response from our federal government and its criminal leadership.

Churches and charities are hard at work to try to restore the community, but this will not happen overnight, nor will the residents regain stability anytime soon.

It’s Worse Than You Know…

Here, Patara from Appalachia’s Homestead travels through Tennessee and North Carolina to show first-hand the devastation from Hurricane Helene. Both states were hit hard, but the devastation in North Carolina was particularly brutal. Patara describes it as “worse than you know.”

Much of this report centers around the mountain community of Marshall, to the northwest of Asheville. Not shown, but said to be as wrecked, were communities to the east of Asheville, including Swannanoa and Black Mountain.

Disregard the federal government’s proclamation that 213 Americans lost their lives in the aftermath of Hurricane Helene. The actual death toll will extend into the thousands.

That’s the word from Bear Independent — a prepper on the scene in western North Carolina. He discusses the horrors he has witnessed in that devastated region, where he’s been providing relief through his work with Grindstone Ministries. Here, he is interviewed by Billy Bond in a PIMPcast, the PIMP standing for Permaculture Is My Passion.

Bear says “entire valleys are filled with bodies” buried beneath mounds of silt and debris. He says the federal government routinely lies to hide the scope of the disaster, and now they’re spreading even bigger lies to cover up their mishandling of the carnage. “The federal government,” he says, “is actively working against recovery.”

FEMA: A Despicable Agency

What’s the truth about FEMA (the Federal Emergency Management Agency) and Hurricane Helene? Is the government really confiscating aide for the victims? Are they really not helping at all?

America Abandoned

Joe Biden and Kamala Harris have abandoned the American people repeatedly and at every turn. And now there are Americans literally dying for help in Tennessee and North Carolina and FEMA is actively blocking volunteers from helping as corpses begin to rot where entire towns have been wiped out.

Appalachia After The Hurricane

What the Media Won’t Tell You: Southern Appalachia After Hurricane Helene. Are the federal bureaucrats taking revenge against Tennessee because the state passed legislation to stop chemtrails? Do these bureaucrats even care about any of us any longer, or are they simply pushing their own corrupt agenda? Here’s more from Really Graceful.

Hurricane Helene especially impacted North Carolina, where an estimated 600 people or more went missing. The storm impacted the tiny town of Spruce Pine, which has been extremely important for mining related to the production of semiconductor chips as well. Bizarrely, in 1958, there was another Hurricane Helene that hit on the same day, was the same size, and went along a similar path to the 2024 hurricane.

Public Thinking For Themselves

The battle we’re fighting is a battle of good vs. evil. We stand against the spiritual forces of evil — those who worship Satan. There is no greater threat to them than the public being awake and thinking for themselves. What’s our Heavenly Father showing us?

Devastation from Hurricane Helene wrecked much of North Carolina, Georgia and Tennessee. Some small towns on the outskirts of Asheville, North Carolina — Chimney Rock, Marshall and Hot Springs — have been wiped off the face of the planet.

The corrupt Joe Biden was on vacation — as always — and Kamala Harris was off campaigning. Neither of them paid the slightest attention to the deep emergency across the American Southland. How much of this damage was aggravated by HAARP and DEW?

Meanwhile, former President Donald Trump came to Valdosta, Ga., to view the scene, and provide aid and comfort for the afficted. That’s a President in action, not another phony Democratic demon!
